Stephanie Beasley
Commissioner, Colorado Behavioral Health Administration
Stephanie Beasley is the Governor-appointed Commissioner of the Colorado Behavioral Health Administration, which is responsible for ensuring Coloradans have access to quality mental health and substance use disorder services, regardless of where they live or their ability to pay.
She previously served as Deputy Executive Director of the Colorado Department of Early Childhood, overseeing day-to-day operations.

Suma Nallapati
Chief AI and Information Officer, City and County of Denver
Suma Nallapati is an award-winning technology executive with more than 30 years of leadership across government, healthcare, high-tech, and telecommunications. She currently serves as Chief AI and Information Officer for the City and County of Denver, where she leads data, AI, .
She previously served as Secretary of Technology and CIO for the State of Colorado, where she led major digital transformation efforts, including the launch of myColorado.
She has been recognized as a 2023 Power 50 Woman, one of the Top 50 Most Powerful Women in Technology, and 2018 CIO of the Year by the Colorado Technology Association.

Alina Walters
Chief Information Officer, City of Lakewood, Colorado
Alina Walters is the Chief Information Officer for the City of Lakewood, Colorado, where she leads technology strategy, cybersecurity, and digital transformation efforts supporting more than 156,000 residents. With more than 20 years of experience across public and private sectors, 10 of which have been with the City of Lakewood, she is passionate about building collaborative, future-ready organizations that connect technology, people, and community outcomes.

David McCurdy
Head of AI and ML, Mears Group, Inc.
David McCurdy brings more than 25 years of experience driving technology transformation across organizations including AWS, Insight Global, the State of Colorado, CHI, AT&T Broadband, and others.
He has scaled generative AI to 14,000 employees globally, helped spur innovation and patent activity, and previously served as CTO for the State of Colorado, where he led major digital modernization efforts across health and human services, DMV, Medicaid, labor, public safety, corrections, transportation, and natural resources.
