WHAT TO EXPECT
There may be a variety of activities: grounding meditation, journaling, group discussion, and role play. We will create a safe container where we can practice having difficult conversations, release trapped emotions, achieve clarity and insight, and level up our NVC skills.
Bring a notebook and pen or pencil.
COST
This practice group is donation-based. Please donate with respect to your means and the value you received. Your donation helps to cover cost of the room and support future trainings and practice groups.

ABOUT THE HOST
Mauro (Mo) Perez has been studying and practicing NVC since 2017. He teaches and leads NVC practice groups as a way to learn through teaching. Mo is a volunteer for RMCCN, aiding in its efforts to spread the teachings of NVC. When he isn't leading NVC, authentic relating, or men's groups, he can be found rock climbing, attending a local play, or catching a film at an indie movie house.
