Northwest Winter Road Loop

Through the winter months we are doing a mix of rides on the north and south side of the metro area on weekends that are nice enough for a good club ride!

These scenic routes on the north side will have a mix of flat roads, rolling terrain, and some shorter climbs such as Carter Lake, Rabbit Mountain, and Old Stage.

This week's ride will meet at the East Boulder Community Center (the south lot by the dog park) at 9:45 with wheels turning by 10:00. The routes will be in the 40-60 mile range.

We will post the actual route by Thursday before the ride once the weather forecast becomes more firm. If the weather doesn't turn out to be nice, we will cancel the ride.

Note: I am pulling the plug on this ride, as the temperature continues to drop, and the wind looks to be increasing. I'm sorry the weather hasn't cooperated, but I look forward to leading some of these "off-season" rides in the future!

Please join us! These off-season rides are always fun and surprisingly challenging! As with all RMCC rides, we do regroup periodically but these should still be considered drop rides.
