RMDPM Discussion: Wearables - How big is it?

The next Rocky Mountain Digital Project Manager Happy Hour will be on Thursday, November 20 @ 6 PM (location tbd, but will be in Boulder. Pizza and beverages will be provided by Viget).

RMDPM board member Josh Zapin (http://www.linkedin.com/in/jzapin/), Principal at AEZ Group (an eCommerce and digital marketing consultancy), will lead a discussion on wearable technology. From the Apple’s Watch to Samsung’s Gear to Motorola’s Moto 360 to Google Glass, it seems that we are being told daily that what you wear on your body is projected to be the next frontier of computer human interaction. Instead of just merely having your technology in your pocket, you will wear in the form of a watch, or glasses. While this portion of our industry is exploding, it is really the next “big thing?” During the meeting, Josh will share the current state of the industry and engage the group in a discussion to understand what this truly means to us.
