Welcome to Roll Talk Sushi Makers Collective, a casual group for anyone curious about making sushi at home. Whether you're just learning to season rice or you've been rolling maki for years, this is a place to swap tips, troubleshoot techniques, and talk about everything from sourcing fish to finding the right knife. We keep things relaxed and judgment-free, because most of us have had a roll fall apart on the cutting board.
Our meetups are a mix of conversation and hands-on practice. Sometimes we gather around a kitchen counter to work through a recipe together, and other times we simply share what we've been making, what's gone wrong, and what we've learned along the way. No experience or fancy equipment is required, just an interest in sushi and a willingness to learn alongside others.
