About us
Welcome to our sushi making group. I started this meetup because I love the process of turning simple, fresh ingredients into something beautiful and delicious, but I realized it is always more enjoyable to learn the techniques with other people. Whether you have never held a bamboo mat before or you are just looking to refine your rolling skills, this is a low-pressure space to learn, practice, and share a meal.
We focus on the basics of preparing seasoned rice, selecting fresh fish and vegetables, and mastering the roll itself. Expect a casual, hands-on environment where we can move at our own pace, ask questions, and help each other out. Bring an appetite and a willingness to get a little bit messy, and we will handle the rest. I look forward to rolling some sushi with you soon.
