What we’re about
With the arrival of spring, when it is neither hot nor cold in Rome, we will finally have the opportunity to take a delightful walk in the centre of Rome (from Trastevere to Piazza Navona, passing by Caravaggio's painting) to learn about the art, history and origins of ancient recipes with a native of Trastevere who will answer all your questions in English, Spanish and French.
We will also discover the flavours of the typical Roman pizza by the slice and gelateria with recipes from the early 1900s.
For those who wish to take part, at 19:30 you can relax with a tasting of lasagne with pesto sauce and wine at the local Angelico in Via del Falco, a few steps from Piazza S. Pietro.
