After-work mingle — meet people in Oslo

IMPORTANT AFTER WORK MINGLE UPDATE:

The venue we were having the event at is closed for the summer (kulturhuset).

We have changed the location to a place called Brygg.

I will stand or find someone to stand and greet people who come to kulturhuset, showing them where to go.

I'm very sorry for this oversight. I'm sending this message in as many channels as I can.

We’re meeting for a relaxed after-work chat in Oslo.

This is a repeat of my first event where i wanted to keep it simple: just show up, grab a drink or something to eat if you like, and meet some new people.

There is no rigid program or pressure, just a casual place to talk and connect.

I will prepare some cards with questions for the group that people can answer if they want. If there are enough people, we will also rotate a bit so everybody get to meet as many people as possible.

Who’s welcome:

Anyone who wants to meet people in Oslo, locals, newcomers, internationals, or anyone who simply wants to be a bit more social and meet exciting people in a comfortable environment.

We’ll speak English and/or Norwegian depending on who’s there.
Both are completely fine.

IMPORTANT: TO GET INTO THE BAR WE ARE GOING TO, YOU NEED TO BE 20+ YEARS OLD.

When:

*Every Wednesday, 19:00–21:00.

• You can arrive late or leave earlier if you need to. If people want to stay longer, that’s also fine.

Kulturhuset
Youngs gate 6, 0181 Oslo

We do not have a reserved table, so we’ll find space when we arrive. If it is too crowded, we may move to a nearby backup location and I’ll post an update in the event comments.

How to find us:
Look for a small “Meetup” sign on the table. I’ll also write a short update in the event comments when I arrive.

What to bring:
Nothing required.
Optional:
Card/cash for your own food or drinks.

Cost:
Free to join. Everyone pays for their own food and drinks.
