About us

✨ Root & Rise: The Sunday Circle ✨

A weekly circle for women who are ready to return to themselves.

Before You Join:

Root & Rise™ is currently a private community created specifically for women. Membership requests are reviewed before approval to preserve the intention, safety, and integrity of the space.

In the midst of work, motherhood, responsibility, and the rhythm of everyday life, it is easy to feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or simply weary.

Root & Rise is a gentle invitation to pause.

Each Sunday, we gather to:

🌿 Ground ourselves

🌿 Release what no longer serves us

🌿 Reconnect with our inner wisdom

🌿 Step into the week with greater intention

Through guided reflection, gentle meditation, journaling, and heartfelt conversation, you will leave remembering:

✨ Your inner clarity

✨ Your center

✨ What truly nourishes you

✨ The quiet wisdom that has always lived within you

This is not about perfection.

This is about remembrance.

Come as you are.

Leave remembering who you are.

With gratitude,

Naku 🌺

Root & Rise™ is a seasonal journey of reflection, remembrance, and embodied growth.

🌿 Community Experiences:

As we journey through each season together, the final gathering of each month invites us beyond our virtual circle and into shared experience.

These monthly Community Experiences offer an opportunity to embody the week’s invitation in the company of others.

Depending on the season, we may gather for a gentle nature walk, a creative practice, tea, a shared meal, or another thoughtfully curated experience that allows us to deepen our connection with ourselves, one another, and the living world.

Each experience is different.

The intention remains the same: to slow down, to remember, and to embody the invitation of the season beyond the circle and into everyday life.

The circle opens at 10:00 a.m. and remains open for arrival during the first 10 minutes. To honour the experience of everyone present, we gently close the space after that time and begin our journey together.
