You don’t need any previous breathwork or meditation experience. I’ll guide you through the entire experience, and you’re always in control of your own breath.

This is a small, welcoming gathering with space to settle in, experience the journey, and take a little time afterward to integrate.

Please bring: a yoga mat, pillow, blanket and water. Wear comfortable clothing.

Blood Memory — A Full Moon 9D Breathwork Journey

Release what you inherited. Remember who you are.

Join us under the September full moon for Blood Memory, a powerful 9D Breathwork journey exploring the patterns, beliefs, and emotional burdens we may carry from the generations before us.

Sometimes we find ourselves repeating patterns we don’t fully understand—within our families, relationships, or even in the ways we respond to stress and protect ourselves. Blood Memory creates an opportunity to explore those patterns through the body and breath, rather than having to analyze or explain them.

Using connected breathwork, immersive 9D sound, guided visualization, hypnotic affirmations, breath holds, and vocal release, this journey moves through maternal, paternal, and ancestral themes, inviting you to release what no longer serves you and reconnect with what feels authentically yours.

This is a high-intensity transformational journey, but your experience is completely your own. It may be emotional, physical, symbolic, quiet, or deeply personal. There is no right way to experience it.

We’ll close with gentle breathing, heart-centered integration, and time to settle back into the body.
