# TOP ROPING - Weekly Class
Every week, I prep a fun, professional top-rope playground so you can show up, climb a ton, and enjoy the day.
Here’s what I take care of:
1. A Safe, Ready-to-Climb Setup
I hike in early and:
- Choose a beautiful, accessible crag
- Build clean, top-rope anchors
- Set up ropes on routes of different difficulties (3 total)
- Manage the climbing area
When you arrive, everything’s ready to start climbing.
2. A Mix of Fun, Friendly Routes
Each week features:
- Warm-up climb
- Mileage-friendly routes you can lap
- A “challenge route” if you want to push yourself
- Options for beginners, gym climbers, and seasoned folks
I curate the lineup based on the group.
3. Guided Laps & Belay Support
You climb as much as you want. Opt in or out of climbing any route. Spend time working the moves on a route. Hangout or run laps. You decide.
I facilitate:
- Attentive belays
- Support & Encouragement
- Tips when you want them
- Space when you don’t
You stay climbing. You stay safe. You stay having fun.
4. Optional Learning Moments
This is not a formal class…
but if you’re curious, I’ll happily show:
- How the anchors were built
- How the system works top to bottom
- How rope management keeps things smooth
- How climbers choose and read routes
You learn at your pace, through climbing, not lectures.
5. A Relaxed, Social Atmosphere
I create a vibe that feels like:
- A friendly outdoor hangout
- Zero pressure, all encouragement
