Protecting San Diego for Future Generations — learn how the San Diego Chapter of the Sierra Club is protecting habitat via 30×30 and addressing the Climate Crisis.
Join the Friends of Rose Creek as we welcome Charles Rilli, Deputy Director of the San Diego Chapter of the Sierra Club. He will share California’s 30×30 project, which includes lower Rose Creek, and the Sierra Club SD's efforts to address the climate crises.
Charles serves on the Otay Valley Regional Park Citizen Advisory Council, the Chula Vista Wildlife Advisory Group, and the Power in Nature Steering Committee for 30×30 in addition to his role at the Sierra Club.
The event take's place at the Henter Education Center at UC San Diego's Kendall-Frost Marsh Preserve.

6:00 - 6:30 PM Meet and Greet with light refreshments
6:30 - 7:30 PM Presentation by Charles Rilli, Deputy Director of the San Diego Chapter of the Sierra Club.
7:30 - 8:00 PM Friends of Rose Creek Business Meeting open to the public.
Free presentation is open to the public!
Please note that no dogs or other pets are allowed in the Kendall-Frost Marsh. No smoking allowed!
