Rosen Bodywork --- Live Demonstrations (limited to 4 people)

Rosen Method Bodywork is a gentle, hands-on approach that combines touch and verbal dialogue to help people access unconscious emotions, release chronic muscle tension, and restore connection between body and mind. More than just physical touch, Rosen Bodywork allows deep energetic communication to take place. Rosen is helpful with:

  1. Releasing Chronic Tension
Long-held muscle tightness often corresponds to unprocessed emotional experiences.

Rosen touch helps the body "let go" of habitual holding patterns by working beneath defenses, rather than pushing against them.

  1. Emotional Awareness & Healing
Many people use Rosen bodywork when they feel “stuck” emotionally, but don’t know why.

As the body softens, old memories, feelings, or insights often surface naturally and gently.

It's especially helpful for people who are highly intellectual or disconnected from emotions.

  1. Trauma Support
While it’s not a trauma therapy per se, it can support nervous system regulation.

The work is slow, respectful, and non-invasive — making it suitable for those with a history of trauma or overwhelm.

  1. Stress Reduction & Grounding
Deep relaxation is a common effect.

Many describe feeling more present, more alive, or like they’ve “come home” to their body after a session.

  1. Self-Insight & Personal Growth
Often used as part of a spiritual or psychotherapeutic journey.

The method gently uncovers patterns of self-protection that may no longer serve the person.

During these live demonstrations, I’ll be offering Rosen bodywork while also sharing the feelings that come up for me in the process.
