The Rotaract Club of Washington, D.C.

Our Rotaract club is a part of a global effort to bring peace and international understanding to the world. Our effort starts at the community level but knows no limits in its outreach. We exist to serve our community, through local volunteering and global partnerships. Rotaractors have access to the many resources of Rotary International (RI) and The Rotary Foundation. Rotary International provides the administrative support that helps our Rotaract club thrive, and we're also sponsored by The Rotary Club of Washington DC.
Our Rotaract Club of Washington DC. was founded in May 1994. Our members are young professionals in the 18-35 age range that include teachers, researchers, analysts, software developers, consultants, and students from around the world living in the Washington, DC area. In past years Czechia, India, Egypt, Türkiye, Venezuela, and Russia were among the countries represented by club members.
Our club projects and activities take place at varying times during the month--please check out our calendar! All of our events are free unless otherwise noted and many of them are open to non-members unless noted. To become an official member of our club, attend one of our events!
