We started organizing volleyball events once a week. This volleyball group is for beginners and amateurs. Normally we organize on WhatsApp group. We have a certain number of participants. We have set up a volleyball group as part of the "Rotterdam Anneleri” (Rotterdam Mothers) Facebook group. We aim to play volleyball for about 1.5 hours once a week. We are not professional players; we are all amateurs or beginners. Our matches have a practice-like atmosphere. We use these gatherings as an opportunity to exercise while meeting and bonding with new people. We mainly organize via our WhatsApp group. We plan to grow and regularize our activities by welcoming new members through the Meetup app. Our events are mostly attended by families and individuals who have migrated from Turkey, and are open to everyone. However, as we mostly speak Turkish, you might feel a bit out of place. We also speak English and Dutch. "Rotterdam Mothers" is a community primarily composed of Turkish expats (both men and women), dedicated to sharing knowledge.
Türkçe: (Rotterdam Anneleri) Facebook grubunun voleybol grubunu oluşturduk. Haftada 1 kez düzenli olarak 1 -1 buçuk saat voleybol oynamayı hedefliyoruz. Biz profesyonel voleybolcu değiliz. hepimiz amatör veya yeni voleybol oynayan kişileriz. bizim voleybol maçlarımız antrenman havasında geçer. Hem spor yapıp hem de yeni insalar tanışıp kaynaşıyoruz. Daha çok Watsap grubumuz üzerinden organize oluyoruz. Meetup uygulaması ile yeni katılımcıları aramıza alarak büyümeyi ve etkinliklermizi düzenli hale getirmeyi planlıyoruz. Daha çok aileler, Türkiyeden göç etmiş kişiler katılıyor. Etkinlik herkese açık. Ama çoğunlukla Türkçe konuştuğumuz için yabancılık çekebilirsiniz. Tabi İngilizce ve Hollandaca’da konuşuyoruz. “Rotterdam Anneleri” kimdir. Çoğunluğu Türk expatların (erkek ve kadın) yer aldığı bilgi tecrübe paylaşım grubudur.
