我们致力于在鹿特丹打造一个有温度的“静心生态系统”。通过禅茶、冥想与深度对话，帮助每一位朋友在都市喧嚣中安顿身心，找回内心的宁静，并在此过程中重塑自我价值感（Self-esteem）。

🌱 正念生活工作坊： 体验“安心禅茶”的魅力，以及正念球、静心插花、正念按导、正念咖啡、静心整理等将正念融入日常的实践。
🧘♀️ 静心冥想与内观： 通过简单的引导练习，释放生活与职场累积的压力，向内觉察，照见真实的自我。
📚 主题读书与分享会： 探讨生活哲学与心理成长，在一个充满安全感与彼此信任（Trust-based）的氛围中共同进化。
🌍 跨城联动与公益： 立足鹿特丹，我们也会不定期在阿姆斯特丹（如 VU Amsterdam 周边）等地举办快闪茶会或公益宣讲。
About Us
"Shuiyue" is a concept that signifies perceiving the true essence of things. The Shuiyue Courtyard is a self-cultivation space that beautifully blends Eastern Zen aesthetics with modern life wisdom.
Our Goal
We are more than just an interest group; we are building a warm "mindfulness ecosystem" based in Rotterdam. Through Zen tea, meditation, and deep conversations, we aim to help everyone find inner peace, boost their self-esteem, and settle their mind and body amidst the city's hustle and bustle.
Who We're Looking For
We are looking for friends who are tired of fragmented entertainment and crave deep thinking, lifelong learning, and cross-cultural exchange. If you yearn for tranquility and are willing to put down your phone for genuine, real-life connections, you are highly welcome here.
What We Do at Our Events
🌱 Mindful Living Workshops: Experience the charm of "Anxin Zen Tea," along with practical activities like the Mindfulness Ball, mindful flower arranging, mindful bodywork/massage, mindful coffee tasting, and mindful decluttering.
🧘♀️ Meditation & Inner Reflection: Simple guided practices to release stress and look inward.
📚 Themed Reading Clubs: Exploring life philosophy and psychological growth in a safe, trust-based environment where we can evolve together.
🌍 City-to-City Events: While based in Rotterdam, we will occasionally host pop-up tea gatherings and public talks in Amsterdam (e.g., near VU Amsterdam).
