Group goal
Rotterdam Working Body helps women build strength, improve fitness, and feel more energetic in everyday life through short, structured, and effective training sessions. The focus is on consistency, healthy movement, and long term results in a supportive group setting.

Who we want to meet
We welcome motivated women in Rotterdam who want to stay active, return to fitness after a break, or start training in a safe and encouraging environment. All fitness levels are welcome. No gym experience is required, only willingness to move and improve.

What we do at events
We meet twice per week for focused 45 minute sessions led by a certified Fitness Trainer A. Each training includes functional strength exercises, mobility work, conditioning, and simple routines that help improve posture, core stability, and overall fitness. Sessions take place in a positive group atmosphere that supports accountability, motivation, and social connection.
