Walks with Purpose is a women-focused evening walk in Rotterdam for anyone who wants to move, reset, and connect after the day.
During May, June, July, and August, this event will run as a summer test to see what works best for the group. The idea is simple: a calm walk, fresh air, light movement, and meaningful connection with other women.
We will walk together at a comfortable pace for about 45–60 minutes. This is not a performance walk, and you do not need to be very fit to join. The event is beginner-friendly, low-pressure, and suitable for women who want to build a healthier routine in a simple and social way.
Walking is a practical way to add moderate-intensity movement to your week. Health guidelines recommend at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity per week for adults, and walking is one of the most accessible ways to work toward that goal.

We will meet at the location shown in the event. Please arrive 5 minutes before the start so we can leave on time.
You only need to show up and take one small step for yourself.
