Thurs Thamaturgy - SPECIAL SESSION: Presentation on Magical Powders

Normally, we would be studying Psychic Witch. BUT during this Special Session, we have decided to participate in an information exchange instead.
One of the group members, Shanmir, will be holding a presentation on her research on making and using magical powders in her occult practice.
Afterward, we will make either a Scrying Powder or Cascarilla Powder (for protection or other uses). Discussion is welcome after the presentation and each practitioner will have a chance to talk about their own practices in regards to the topic at hand.
You are recommended to bring:
- a notebook to take notes or insights down
- an open mind even if you are a more experienced practitioner
OPTIONAL
- grinding & processing tools (mortar & pestle or even coffee grinder)
- sifting tool (sieve or fine-mesh strainer)
- brush (to get all powder/clean your grinding tool of all powder)
- PPE (a mask if you are working with anything that might cause allergic reactions, asthma, etc)
- Proper storage jar (airtight, dry, dark colored if possible)
- Mugwort, yarrow, yew, opopanax - to make scrying powder OR Eggshell to make protection powder
