RTPC Monthly Daytime Photo Walk

Details
As I previously mentioned, Pat Coble will be leading this walk because I will be out of town. Here is the information Pat has provided for her planned walk - looks like fun! Chris Reynolds
For June we will head to McKinney, Texas for a photography technique and composition scavenger hunt (you pick the subject). Our first stop will be at Adriatica Village at 6602 Mediterranean Drive, McKinney, Texas 75070. We will spend approximately 35 minutes there and then head to our second stop in Downtown McKinney Texas at 111 N. Tennessee. If you are new to the Rowlett Photography Club Photo walks, please check with me and I will share more information. You may walk about on your own or join others but we will reconvene around 12:30 ish on the courthouse grounds and then head for lunch at The Yard, 107 S. Church Street.
I will hand out or show the items on the scavenger hunt at the meet up and you may take a picture of the list with your phone or I can give you a hard copy. Examples of what the hunt will include-Elements of Design: Texture, shape, form, line, color/ Techniques: Shallow depth of field, Wide depth of field, fast and slow shutter speeds etc./Composition: different perspectives, extreme close-up, fill the frame, motion, minimalism, panorama, etc. The scavenger hunt is optional but I hope you will join in.
For those leaving from Rowlett who want to carpool/caravan, be at the Rowlett DART Station in the parking area near Martin and Industrial at 9:00. If you want to meet at the Adriatica Village, 6602 Mediterranean Drive, McKinney, Texas 75070, plan to meet by the Bella Donna Chapel about 9:45 am.
