RTPC Monthly Daytime Photo Walk

For our July walk, since it will be hot, we'll be visiting an "inside" venue, The Museum of Illusions (https://moidallas.com/) located at 701 Ross Ave. in downtown Dallas. I went here a few years ago and, although it was super cool with great photo ops, I didn't feel it was worth the money. However, they have recently expanded with many more exhibits so I think we should give it a try as it's a lot of fun. The cost of admission is $24.99 seniors (60+) or $26.99 adult; to ensure admittance, it's best to book your ticket online. Buy a ticket for the 11:00 am entry. Since it's summer time, if you want to bring well behaved children, grandchildren or other family/friends with you, feel free to do so - student tickets are $23.99 (ID required); age 5-12 are $19.99.
If you want to ride the DART train, be at the Rowlett DART Station train platform in time to catch the 10:16 am train, which will arrive at the West End Station at 10:56 am; the museum is a 1 block walk from there. If you want to meet at the museum, be there by 11:00 am. We can meet up just inside the door and then plan for shooting for an hour to hour and a half (recommended time to see everything).
Lunch will be at a close by restaurant downtown (location TBD); if it's not miserably hot (not likely), we can shoot a bit in the area or just head back home after lunch.
Hope this sounds fun; I know it's a little more expensive than some of our outings, but think it will be an enjoyable visit.
