Jenny Bates Heaton
Jenny is the founder of Bates Leadership. Her past experience includes eight years with Syngenta, ending her time there as Head of Organization Development for Global Seeds. Jenny works with companies to create and align their talent strategies and embed them into organizational culture. Adrian Percy, Ph.D.
Adrian is the inaugural Executive Director of the N.C. Plant Sciences Initiative (NC PSI) at North Carolina State University. He is a Venture Partner at DYDX Capital, a technology and life sciences venture capital investor. Adrian serves on the board of directors of Nufarm, BioLumic, FA Bio, AgPlenus and Evogene. He is a member of the advisory boards of BioConsortia Inc., Redhill Scientific Inc., Harpe Bio and the HARVEST AgTech program and hosts the AgTech 360 podcast.
