Up to Skyline down to Old G 2X OG, Up Rock Creek to Dixie Mountain,
Down Moreland return

Intervals of faster pace riding 20mph on the flats
to build conditioning.
Descending +20mph

Will regroup at all turns, if the group is waiting more than 5 minutes,
will retrace route to encourage slower rider.
