Early bird gets the waterfalls without the tourist traffic!🚴‍♀️

Join me on this classic waterfall ride from Women’s Forum to Horsetail Falls, passing many other scenic spots and falls on the way. By leaving early we avoid almost all of the tourist traffic. Of course you can continue on beyond Horsetail if you choose, but I prefer to finish the climb while it is still cool. I will end my ride with an Italian Soda at Rivertrails Cafe in Troutdale.

Be sure to check the GPS if you have not done this route previously. There is a nice climb at the end of the ride. Total elevation gain is 1736 ft, with most at the end of the 25 mile ride.

There are restrooms at Bridal Veil, Multnomah Falls, and several other scenic areas.

Be ready to ride at 8:15 AM.

Cancellation Policy: I will cancel if weather is wet, or excessively hot or windy.
Required Gear: HELMETS must be worn at all times while riding. This is a requirement and not a request.
Recommended Gear: Bring plenty of water, food, flat repair kit, with a spare tube. A tool kit and small pump is good, but if you don’t have one there is usually someone on a group ride who does. Please check to see if someone has what you might need if you don't and be prepared to ride a bus or call a cab. (Not that we'll leave you by the road broken down, because that's not us). Carry a credit card and a little cash to buy refreshments or buy that bus ticket....
