In Dublin in the 1890s a group of young seekers were drawn together by their shared interest in Theosophy, poetry and the ancient Druid Initiates of Ireland. This talk traces their interwoven paths, including Yeats' quest for Celtic Magic, AE's vision of the Irish Avatar, and D.N. Dunlop's journey to Rudolf Steiner, whose teachings on The Hibernian Mysteries resonated deeply with the work of his Irish friends.
James is a lifelong student and practitioner of the Western Esoteric Tradition, and co-author of the ground-breaking book A History of Irish Magic.
