Let’s be honest: waking up early to run is much easier when there’s a guaranteed healthy brunch and a group of people waiting for you. Whether you’re a seasoned marathoner or someone who considers a "jog" toward the nearest coffee shop, you’re welcome here.
We’re hitting the pavement for a refreshing morning loop, followed by a well-earned social sit-down with some actual fuel (no, energy gels don't count as a meal).
Schedule:
09:00 AM: Meet at Oxley Tower (Main Lobby).
09:30 AM: Run Starts! We’ll keep a conversational pace (approx. 6:30–7:00 min/km).
10:30 AM: Return to Oxley Tower / Cool-down stretches.
11:00 AM: Post-Run Brunch at Meraki Salad Bar.
Salad social: Meraki Salad Bar (Oxley Tower #01-07)
We’re heading straight to Meraki Salad Bar to refuel. Whether you want a protein-heavy bowl or a light, refreshing salad, they’ve got it all.

What to Bring
Sun Protection: Since we’re starting at 9 AM, the sun will be out! Sunblock and a cap are highly recommended
