A refreshing blend of movement, stillness, and meaningful connection — for people who love a little outdoor sweat, focused progress, shared insights, and a lot of curiosity.

Weekly Flow

Meetup & Stretch (6:00 PM)
Gather out front at Mirakuru (plenty of parking). Light stretching and casual intros. -
Group Jog Begins (6:15 PM)
We jog together to Haster Basin Recreational Park (~0.7 miles). -
Loop the Basin
Two light loops (~2 miles total). Jog, walk, or move at your own rhythm. -
Return Jog to Mirakuru (~7:00-7:15 PM) (~0.7 miles).
Back at the café, we grab our journals, tablets, or laptops from the car. -
Cool Down & Drink Up (~7:00–7:20 PM)
Order your favorite drink (we ❤️ matcha, teas, decaf lattes, or marbled milk). Settle into the cozy space — indoors or out. -
Deep Focus Session (7:20–7:50 PM)
Silent, intentional time. Reflect, journal, sketch, or work on a creative or learning project. No pressure. Just presence. -
Group Share (7:50–8:00 PM)
Optional 1–2 minute shares: a thought, an insight, a highlight. We close with gratitude. -
Dismiss or Hang Out
You’re free to head out or linger and chat.
