Hey there!
This is a new kind of Thursday ritual I’ve been wanting to create:
a light jog, a creative reset, and a space to reflect or share alongside thoughtful people.
Whether you’re working on yourself, a project, or just need a moment of stillness — this is a chance to run it out, write it out, and reset together.

🧭 What to Expect:
A casual group run (about 3–4 miles total) → drinks and wind-down at Mirakuru → a quiet session to journal or focus → optional sharing at the end. The idea: movement, reflection, and creative rhythm in a shared space.

✨ Event Flow:
6:00 PM – Meet & Stretch
We’ll meet in front of Mirakuru, stretch out, say hey, and get into the vibe.
6:15 PM – Group Jog Starts
Jog to Haster Basin (~0.7 mi), do two light loops (~2 mi), and jog back to Mirakuru (~0.7 mi).
🏃♂️ About 3–4 miles total. Go your personal light cardio pace.
7:00 PM – Grab Your Tools
Pick up your favorite reflection gear from your car — journal, iPad, sketchpad, laptop, whatever drives your reflections, projects, and ideas forward.
7:05 – 7:25 PM – Cool Down & Order Drinks
Grab something from Mirakuru (matcha, teas, decaf lattes — I’m partial to the avocado marbled milk). Find a table inside or out.
7:25 – 7:55 PM – Deep Focus Session
A calm 30-minute stretch to journal, reflect, or work on a creative task. A prompt will be offered, but it’s up to you how you use the time. (Example prompt: What small insight shifted how I see things this week?)
7:55 – 8:10 PM – Group Share (Optional)
1–2 minutes per person to share something — a thought, a breakthrough, a reflection. No pressure to go deep.
8:10 PM+ – Wrap & Social Hang
Stay and chat or head out — up to you.

🧰 What to Bring:
• Running shoes / comfy clothes
• Water
• Your favorite writing or creative tool — journal, iPad, laptop, pen & pad
• ~$5–$8 for a drink (Mirakuru has some solid options)
• Optional towel or layer if it cools down
