15+km run/jog/walk + lunch: Nærum

RDH3's run no. 102 takes place in Nærum!

Walkers start 10:00, runners start 11:00.
All do the same trail, which ends at the same location as start.

Followed by beer and hot food. Run fee 75 DKK.

Rabid Danes H3 is a social running club with focus on running in nature for those who think that the regular CH3 runs have gone too soft.
Our trails are at least 15km long and maximum 20km.

Remember to bring a bag with spare clothes for after the run. The entire event happens outdoors.
Come a few minutes before start time to drop off your bag and say hi to everyone and obtain the trail marks explanation.
