If you are already hitting the trail in the morning, lets turn up the fun with a great workout from Edwardo and Follow Me Fit. We will learn to move with SandBells giving your body a surge of resistance training that will leave you energized and sore in all the right places. Feel free to invite ur friends. As much as there will be some hard working, the social side will endsure some laughs to distract the sweat. This is a donation based workout series that will last 6 weeks (Pay AS MUCH AS YOU WANT, OR AS LITTLE AS YOU WANT, OR NOT...AVERAGE CLASS IN AUSTIN $15-$25 per class)
