I've been in the health and fitness coaching game for 15years now, and I am still just as excited about an awesome group workout where everyone feeds off of the energy. I love running the trail and finding beautiful secret places around the city to turn into a great spot to workout. I see people everyday that need a bit more direction to go with their drive. We film clips of some of our workouts and drills to build a video library to use when u can't make it. This program can ramp up any runners training program, weight training program, or just be an excellent way to boost what you are already doing.
