5 mile run at ***5:00am*** every Tuesday and Thursday. Meeting at the Riverstone Park Pavilion near Mireles Elementary

Normal Route: from the park down Rockwall Mill passed the school, right on Alamo Parkway all the way down the Cottonwood Way and back.

I know that running/walking is a potentially hazardous activity. I should not run/walk unless I am medically able and properly trained. I assume all risks associated with running/walking including, but not limited to: falls, contact with other participants, the effects of the weather and conditions of the road and traffic on the route, all risks being known and appreciated by me.
