Join us for our weekly runs where we focus on simple running drills that aim to improve your running form and thus improving your running endurance to last your farther and longer in your runs.
We start off with warm-up and simple running drills followed by 5km slow run (7:30 - 8:30 paced) ending off with cool-down and makan.

Wet Weather:
In the event of wet weather, we will notify you one day in advance if the venue is changed to 100 Plus Promenade.
