5KM Weekly Afterwork Run
das Alfreds - Café & Restaurant, Brehmpl. 1, 40239 Düsseldorf, Germany, Düsseldorf, DEWe go running at Zoopark every Wednesday evening. Come and join us for a chill 5km round after work.
Distance: 5 km. That’s 5 rounds. Relaxed running pace.

Lighting: Zoopark has streetlights, but not everywhere. So please bring a headlamp.
Water: As long as it’s not freezing outside, there’s a free water dispenser at Zoopark. Otherwise, just bring a bottle.
Meeting point: We always meet at the entrance next to Alfreds Café.
(Half) Marathon: Anyone planning to run in Düsseldorf next year might find a running mate here.
