I’m recovering from an injury and aim to resume long-distance running while maintaining a strength-training routine. I’m looking for running buddies to join me for a slow-paced 4km run with possible breaks in Grey Lynn Park every week after 6pm, as I work full-time and finish at 5pm. I aim to increase the distance and pace as we progress.
This group is for people who have some running experience. Absolute beginners are also welcome, but I recommend they follow their own pace to avoid injury.
Currently, I aim to organise one weekly running meetup in Grey Lynn Park, but I may increase the number depending on how we go.
