I started this group to share my experience and knowledge on a new revolution in running that I have acquired, learned and benefited.

This is a group for anyone interested in running but find it hard to sustain for a longer distant and feeling tired after a short run or if ;

- you have never run a km/miles before; 

- you wanting to do better and run longer distant then last run; 

- you trying to keep up with your dog; 

- you wanting to keep up with others and still looks good on the track/park; 

- you hoping to achieve a certain mileage or target

- you.... many other reasons

You are welcome to join us. Running is a lifelong practice, it helps you maintain a healthy body, healthy mind and stay active.
