Welcome to the Rust Aarhus User Group. We are a community of programmers and enthusiasts who are passionate about the Rust programming language. Whether you're a seasoned Rustacean or just getting started, our group is the perfect place for you to connect with like-minded individuals, share knowledge, and learn something new.

Hack Night - Advent of Code

Slightly delayed, we are now ready for the first Hack Night of 2026. This evening, we will focus on Advent of Code. If you haven't completed all the exercises yet, or, like me, haven't even started yet, you are very welcome. If you're so structured that you finished it months ago, please feel free to show up and have fun with something else, or just hang out with other great developers.

Bring your laptop and let's have some fun.

The program for the evening will be:
- 18:00: Welcome
- 18:05: Introduction to Advent of Code
- 18:20: Hack, hack, hack
- 20:45: Let’s hear what you have been hacking on
- 21:00: Continue the talk over a beer at a nearby bar
Food
Please note that this event does not include any food, so make sure to refuel before you arrive. Please also notice that we are not allowed to bring our own food.

Location
The room named "Aktivitetslokale" (not the usual room) in Folkehuset Møllestien, Grønnegade 10, Aarhus.
Continue straight through the main entrance and follow the hallway, and you will find the room.
If you arrive late, the main entrance will be locked. In that case, follow the facade down Grønnegade until you find us. Knock on the window, and we will let you in through the main entrance.
