Hack Night - Robot Edition

Want to get your hands dirty with Rust while maybe also learning a bit about robotics?

Join us for this 2nd edition of our Robotics Hack Night, where we will have fun with this incredible donation from Capra Robotics. With the received hardware, we will have plenty of tasks to do. We need to find out how to control the robot, get an Nvidia Jetson up and running, and integrate a LIDAR. If you participated the first time, you can continue on your robotics adventure where you left off.

Don't worry if you know nothing about robotics. You will not be alone, and we will help each other.
If you know everything about robotics but don't know about Rust, please also show up - I am sure we can use your knowledge, and we can get you started with Rust if you like.

If you do not know about Rust or robotics, you are also welcome to join us for some fun hours together.

We will end the evening by showing what we have done, followed by our fantastic book raffle, where you can win a Rust book from O'Reilly. Finally, there will be the option of going for a drink.

Food
Please note that this event does not include food, so make sure to refuel before you arrive. We are also not allowed to bring our own food.

Location
The room named "Opholdsstue 1 + 2" in Folkehuset Møllestien, Grønnegade 10, Aarhus.
Continue straight through the main entrance and follow the hallway, and you will find the room.
If you arrive late, the main entrance will be locked. In that case, follow the facade 2/3 down Grønnegade until you reach two terrace doors. Knock on the window, and we will let you in through the main entrance.

Parking
There is free parking in the courtyard; just register your car on the tablet right outside our room every two hours.
