Rust Zürisee: Encrypted/distributed filesystems, wasm-bindgen (in Pfäffikon SZ)

Join us for our upcoming meetup where we will be exploring the world of Open Source with a focus on the Rust programming language.

The first presentation will be about an encrypted filesystem written in Rust and how one can write a distributed filesystem using our favourite systems programming language.

We'll also learn about the ups and downs of using Rust with wasm-bindgen to talk to the web browser.

We are being hosted by Threema GmbH in Pfäffikon SZ, on the southern part of the lake, which kindly offers pizza and drinks!

Please be aware that the venue is not within the bounds of Zürich city nor the canton! You will have to take a train or other means of transport into the beautiful canton of Schwyz – the fastest connection from Zürich HB to Pfäffikon SZ takes just 24 minutes. From the train station to the offices of Threema it's a 5-10 minute walk.
