Saturday yoga with Annie and Rama

10 am Gentle yoga: A centering, quiet, sweet return to the body and to being fully present

11 am Rocket Vinyasa: An active moving meditation. You are capable of more than you know!

Both in the sanctuary at Unity of Bon Air every Saturday. The gentle practice sets you you for a lovely active practice if you want that, or a walk in the garden, or brunch. We often all go get coffee after both practices.

Please pay as you are able to support your yoga practice, your guides, and your space. We recognize that the economy is doing a thing right now, and, well, we all need some yoga, esp when things feel heavy or complicated. We've decided to try offering yoga on a sliding scale $11-33 going forward. If you have abundance, please support others. All are welcome.

Worktrade is also available, talk with either of us about helping with set up. This is a 9:30 am arrival to help move chairs and prepare the space. One shift covers both classes that day.

To find us: the sanctuary doors are at the back of the building. Follow the wide path to the left of the building, almost all the way back to the meditation garden. The sanctuary doors are the last two doors on the right.

Join Julian and Annie for a collaborative sound bath. We'll be in the giant, candlelit room at Living Water Community Center at 1000 Westover Hills Boulevard. Park in the big parking lot and walk through the main doors to find us.

We honestly never know exactly how this sound journey will play out, since it's different every time. Expect to hear instruments from around the world, including several kinds of singing bowls, digeridoo, Native American flute, drums, harps, and possibly entirely new instruments. The goal as always is a relaxing and insightful sound journey, or perhaps, if you need it, a delightful rest.

Please bring any comforts you would like! We have comfy chairs, but there will be floor space for your yoga mat and bolster if you prefer. Please consider bringing water or tea for grounding afterward. We do try to have hot water and tea on offer, but bringing your own cup is helpful and reduces waste!
