Love On Demand? A Playful Exploration of Divine Love, Appreciation & Connection
Rogue Valley Metaphysical Library, 1757 Ashland St, Ashland, OR, USFREE ADMISSION – 1757 Ashland St., Ashland, OR. One mile west of I-5 Exit 14.
How simple prompts can help us feel deeply loved, seen, and appreciated, with ourselves, each other, and the Divine.
What if feeling deeply seen, appreciated, encouraged, and loved did not have to depend entirely on chance, chemistry, or the right relationship?
For more than twenty years, Marion Assenmacher has been exploring a surprisingly simple possibility: Can we intentionally create the conditions in which people are much more likely to experience love, appreciation, meaningful connection, and a positive sense of themselves?
The result is an evolving collection of playful, highly interactive practices now known as the Divine Love Modality.
This presentation will explore some of the larger ideas behind the work as well as simple practices you can experience and use immediately. We will look at how easily human attention can become organized around problems, shortcomings, comparison, fear, and what needs to be fixed, and what may become possible when we intentionally create spaces that do something very different.
What happens when people are invited to look for what is already beautiful, lovable, meaningful, strong, and worth celebrating in themselves and one another?
Can appreciation become more than an occasional compliment? Can positive feedback become deeper, more intuitive, and more personally meaningful? And can spiritual connection become something we experience together rather than only seek privately?
Marion will share practical prompts and simple guidelines designed to make these exchanges safe, natural, and surprisingly easy. Participants will have opportunities to try brief Divine Love explorations and will leave with ideas they can use on their own and with friends, partners, families, or groups, whether or not they ever attend another Divine Love event.
The evening will also introduce some of the newer developments in this work, including playful Divine Love activities and tools created for everyday use, and the possibility of a new local Divine Love group in Ashland.
Come curious. No particular spiritual belief is required beyond openness to exploring love, human goodness, and, if meaningful to you, a loving or supportive Divine presence or Higher Power of your own understanding.
Marion Assenmacher, M.A. in Education, is the creator of the Divine Love Modality and founder of Divine Love Groups.
She moved from Germany to Ashland in 2001, originally drawn by the spiritual freedom and experimentation she encountered through the Conversations with God community. One question increasingly fascinated her: Why, in a society where almost everything else has become available “on demand,” do we still leave something as essential as feeling loved largely to chance?
In 2004, Marion began experimenting with small groups in Ashland designed specifically to help people intentionally give and receive meaningful love, appreciation, encouragement, and spiritual connection. What began as a simple group experiment gradually developed into a large collection of structured, playful practices that can be adapted for groups, friends, partners, families, and individual reflection.
Over the years, people from many countries and spiritual backgrounds have participated in Divine Love Groups and explorations, reinforcing Marion’s conviction that the basic human desire to be deeply seen, appreciated, and loved is remarkably universal.
Her continuing passion is to explore how love can become more available, practical, mutual, and intentional, and how even small changes in the way we see and respond to one another might contribute to a more loving culture.

Influence Yours & Your Child’s Life Positively with Reality Dynamics "The List"
Rogue Valley Metaphysical Library, 1757 Ashland St, Ashland, OR, USFREE ADMISSION – 1757 Ashland St., Ashland, OR. One mile west of I-5 Exit 14.
Learn how to benefit both your children’s life and your own exponentially, through learning the REALITY DYNAMICS The List method.
The List method teaches that the subconscious mind is programmed very early in a child’s life, and that parents and guardians are the principal programmers of their children’s subconscious beliefs!
Psychologists today and even those from yesteryear will tell you that subconscious beliefs are the foundation for yours and your children’s later and adult reality. However, these psychologists will also tell you that there are very few accurate tools and information about how to access, positively program and even positively reprogram the subconscious mind.
Too, and very importantly, they will tell you that by the time children are school age, the majority of children’s subconscious beliefs will already have been formed!
When Marnie Hancock attended her first List Class in 1986, however, and after she had put the Reality Dynamics List techniques to the test, initially and for many years afterwards, she felt she had found that tool.
In this talk, Marnie shares how she eventually left her 25 year teaching career to co-author and teach the List method internationally; because she believed that parents of children and any adult needed to know about how to use this highly valuable and powerful information and tool.
Indeed, Marnie will share how the List method gave her easy techniques to find new love, to create abundance in most every area of her life; and to move her from being a very sad, lonely, financially poor, and unhealthy and unempowered young woman; into being a healthier, stronger, happier, joyful, prosperous, and much more confident, and as a woman, safer, individual.
Co-Authored and taught by herself and the respected and loved developers of the List method, Jann and Joe Timmreck, Marnie is also excited to announce the publication of the complete and third edition of the REALITY DYNAMICS The List book and seminar, now available at her talk and on Amazon.com.
Marnie Hancock is a former public education teacher, and since 1986, she has been an alumnus of REALITY DYNAMICS The List. Marnie gratefully credits the many miracles, joys, and empowerment in her life to The List Class and Jann and Joe Timmreck.
After completing her first List 1986, Marnie studied privately with Jann and Joe, and she received her List Training Certification in 1997. The List information was so important to Marnie that she completed writing the full List book in the year 2000.
Prior to 1994, only a 30-page outline of the List technique was in print. Now, the third 2026 and even more in-depth edition is complete, soon to be available on Amazon.
In 2001, Marnie left her 25 year Professional Teaching Career to teach and consult about REALITY DYNAMICS The List internationally, and she continues to do this to this day.
