An informal, facilitated gathering beginning with a brief intro and demonstration, then allowing you to explore on your own and ask questions. Whether you’re a novice or an experienced professional, this is great environment to explore the incredible array of modern AI tools with a friendly and patient expert.
No experience necessary; just bring your curiosity and sense of adventure!
Ian Ingram is the founder and CEO of Neuraven AI Consulting and Prompt Engineering Services. He is a passionate educator and advocate for the safe deployment of AI technologies.
Ian founded Neuraven to meet the rapidly increasing need for AI literacy and its strategic application in business. Join facilitator Marla Estes each month to watch fascinating and insightful videos carefully selected to explore ways to depolarize and then engage in a facilitated discussion to help integrate new perspectives.
With a background in Psychology,Marla created Building Bridgers in 2017 to address the growing social and political polarization in our country. For over 20 years, she has been giving presentations, movie nights, book groups, workshops, and classes helping people learn to develop insights and skills in approaching difficult conversations, deepening and growing healthy, functional, and fulfilling relationships.

Creating Calm in a World That Never Slows Down is a class designed for anyone feeling overwhelmed by stress, burnout, or the constant pressure to keep up. Through simple, practical tools for emotional regulation, mindfulness, and resilience, participants will learn ways to create greater calm, self-awareness, and balance in everyday life. This class offers space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what restores and strengthens well-being.
Patty Casebolt serves as a facilitator and officer for The Learning Well at La Clinica Health Center, where she helps create experiences centered on mindfulness, resilience, connection, and personal well-being.
With decades of experience supporting individuals and teams through growth and change, Patty brings a compassionate, reflective approach to facilitation grounded in empathy and authentic human connection.
She is a Licensed Practitioner of The Human Element, and a Certified Mindfulness and Meditation Facilitator. Patty is passionate about helping people develop practical tools for navigating stress, cultivating self-awareness, and creating more balance and ease in everyday life.
