Sextortion: What Parents and Community Members Need to Know by Grace Aspinwall
Rogue Valley Metaphysical Library, 1757 Ashland St, Ashland, OR, USFREE ADMISSION – 1757 Ashland St., Ashland, OR. One mile west of I-5 Exit 14.
Practical advice and tools for parents and caring adults in the community to prevent sextortion among children and teens. This presentation will also cover how to report online exploitation, and what apps parents should know about.
With a background in healthcare and marketing, Grace Aspinwall brings a clear, research-informed approach to one of the fastest-growing risks facing children today. Grace serves on the board of Disruptors Org, and is also part of a team working directly with women impacted by the sex trade and their children, giving her a grounded understanding of exploitation. In addition, she is currently working to help implement policies to address deepfake exploitation within school systems.
Her work focuses on translating complex topics like sextortion, online grooming, and digital risk into practical, everyday steps parents can take. As both a professional and a mother of three, Grace is passionate about equipping families with the tools and confidence to protect their children in real life, not just in theory.

How to Stay True to Yourself in Relationship with Joy and Gavin Taylor
Rogue Valley Metaphysical Library, 1757 Ashland St, Ashland, OR, USFREE ADMISSION – 1757 Ashland St., Ashland, OR. One mile west of I-5 Exit 14.
Intimacy doesn’t have to mean losing yourself- you can actually continually find yourself within a relationship when you learn to listen to your inner authority, honor your needs, and stay attuned to your own truth. In this session, we explore how to stay more real, grounded, and aligned with your well-being while building a relationship in which honesty, listening, intuition, and healthy communication support a deeper connection.
We’ll look at how to recognize and stop people-pleasing, release the pressure to “keep the peace,” express your needs without guilt, and remain steady even when your partner makes choices different from what you hoped for. This is about building the muscle of sovereignty, learning how to stay true to yourself across every stage of a relationship: sacred preparation, dating, courtship, commitment, long-term partnership, and ending/transition.
Joy & Gavin Taylor are beloved partners with over sixty years of combined study, practice, and teaching in the healing and spiritual arts. Both authors and seasoned presenters are thrilled to be combining their unique range of gifts and specialties to create sacred opportunities for individuals interested in intimacy, creativity, and conscious relationships. Gavin brings experience as a licensed spiritual therapist and leadership mentor to entrepreneurs. Joy weaves a diverse background as a soul-inspired mentor, intuitive business strategist, licensed massage therapist, and yoga instructor.
