Breathwork: Finding Your Calm in the Storm by Jenna Hill
Details
FREE ADMISSION – 1757 Ashland St., Ashland, OR. One mile west of I-5 Exit 14.
It’s often in life’s more challenging moments when things feel uncertain or emotionally charged that we begin to see our patterns more clearly. These are the moments when our reactions can feel automatic and not always aligned with who we want to be. This isn’t about willpower. It’s about your nervous system.
In this powerful and practical session, you’ll learn how to use your breath to regulate stress, quiet mental noise, and return to a place of clarity and control. Breathwork offers a simple, accessible way to shift out of overwhelm and into grounded, intentional action.
As you begin to recognize and shift these patterns, you strengthen something deeper- your ability to lead yourself. Self-leadership isn’t about perfection; it’s about creating space between what you feel and how you respond, so you can choose your actions with greater awareness and intention.
This experience blends science, real-life insight, and guided practice:
• Learn how to stay calm under pressure.
• Shift out of reactivity and into clarity.
• Build resilience you can feel in your body.
Come experience a tool that can change how you show up- in work, relationships and life.
