Details

As UX practitioners we work closely with people from different backgrounds, and each one comes with a different mental mindset. Since all these individuals have an impact on the final experience we deliver, it is in our best interest to fully understand them.

This month we'll use our UX toolkit to step into the mind of our colleagues and get a feel for what it’s like to be in their position.

As teams, we'll do a deep dive into a persona to define distinct behaviors and needs. Given what you learn about them in the first half of the exercise, you’ll then switch gears to focus on how you can leverage that information to advocate for UX.
