He is Director of Design Strategy for ITO Management products at ServiceNow, a global leader in the digital transformation of the modern workplace. Paul is a big fan of the LA Kings, IPAs, and any form of gummy candy (even those weird things shaped liked fried eggs).

As a Design Strategist, she joins teams to solve sticky problems like designing a low-cost phototherapy device and prosthetic knee with D-Rev, a universal app to collect big data and measure global impact for UNICEF, and designing services that addressed the conflicting needs of employees and guests at Hillstone.
