🎓 ABOUT OUR PRESENTER
Zoë is currently Senior UX Researcher at Google. Previously leading research for Lyft’s Rider product; she started her UX career at YouTube. She received her B.S. from the University of Montana, and M.S. from Purdue University. Zoë has long been an ardent researcher of human behavior, but made the zag into UX in the past four years. Previously, she focused on conservation behavior, studying things like how religion and living areas affect willingness to conserve wildlife. In her spare time, Zoë enjoys mentoring others looking to make the jump into UX, competitive cycling, and hiking with her corgi, Fletcher.
