Ben is a seasoned designer, with more than 10 years of experience spanning various startups, agencies, non-profits, and enterprise companies. He currently is a staff product designer at ServiceNow. He loves solving complex problems. He does NOT love the phrase “this is how we do it because this is how it’s always been done”.

When he’s not working, you can find him nerding out about (or playing) music, exploring the world on foot or bike, or experimenting in the kitchen. He currently lives in the San Diego area with his wife, son, and dog named Willis.
