Let's hike Purgatory Creek in San Marcos

This is about a seven to ten mile moderate to fast, mostly shaded loop with a lot of beautiful, large trees. The trail is rocky in places, so good hiking shoes or boots are required. Please bring water, bug spray and if you need them snacks for the hike.

We'll meet at the Lower Purgatory Creek Trailhead and start hiking at 08:30 am. It's about a 1 hour drive from San Antonio so please leave plenty of time to get there. Please be ready to start on time so arrive before the start time.
