Hike Guadalupe River State Park (Main Park)

I not being a fan of early morning starts or cold weather, the forecast shows 1030 am the start of the warm-up from the previous evening low of 41 degrees. However, do bring gear for cooler weather.

It has been a few years since I have hiked these trails, but expect about 7 miles and I recall river crossings and bit of rugged terrain. I do not recall the trail being young kids for pet friendly.

If anyone who has been there recently has a sense of trails and paths, please feel free to suggest.

Usually I stop by for post-hike lunch and those not in a rush to head home are more than welcome to join.
