I (Karen) won’t be able to make it to the two December meetings - very busy because I just started a new job - but you guys are welcome to continue to meet.

Remember that we can’t bring outside food/drinks to the conference room, only what we purchase there at Belair.

lf the conference room is locked when you arrive you just go up to the front register by the self-checkouts and the manager is usually there and unlocks the door… they can also turn off the TV for us if it’s on.

I’ve reserved the meeting room from 3 - 5 pm and it’s right in the store by their little cafe/taproom. We will be starting promptly at three, so please be on time since we have a lot to cover.
